What Is TPO?
TPO is a fully integrated business management solution designed specifically for photography studios. In the words of Hoss Mahdavi FBIPP, FMPA, QEP, “using the correct program to manage your photography business is even more important than using the best camera. It’s like an extra member of staff but costs a lot less!”

New Features

In addition to the outstanding features already offered in TPO, some of the new features include:

  1. Previewing: Allows you to create a slide show, select images, create multi aperture images (and store the final combined image), display sample mounts & frames, compare up to 6 images, crop or flip images, print a contact sheet and select sizes. Automatically generates an invoice (and a production order) with thumbnails. The previewing module fully integrates with the rest of TPO, so it automatically links to the customers job record in the database and the thumbnails are permanently stored for that job.
     
  2. Diary Waiting Area: A great asset for the busier studios! The diary in TPO already controlled up to four rooms, but now has a ‘virtual waiting area’ for clients who want to book but can’t tie themselves to a date just yet. Telesales staff can then view all clients in the waiting area at a glance and call them as appropriate. Clients in the waiting area can be filtered by the day they prefer to come in and are listed in priority order.
     
  3. Email: The existing email facility has been enhanced and now includes emailing of template letters as well as those in the word processor.
     
  4. Task Reminders: TPO’s existing ‘call reminders’ facility has now been extended to ‘task reminders’, enabling each reminder to be given a ‘task type’, e.g. call, write letter, telesales etc. You can now search for tasks of a specific type and or for a specific member of staff. Tasks can also be allocated a high, medium or low priority colour, so they stand out in the report.
     
  5. Nominal: Some improvements have been made to the nominal ledger, allowing for much easier entry of standing order & direct debit payments.
     
  6. Credit Cards: TPO now validates a much larger range of credit card numbers.
     
  7. Other: Plus many other new features and enhancements...
